About your Trainer
My name is Michelle Berry
With over seven years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness has always been a cornerstone of my life. I’ve played sports for as long as I can remember, including four years of varsity high school volleyball and competitive leagues beyond that. Currently, I coach high school and competitive volleyball, sharing my love for the sport and helping athletes reach their full potential.
My training expertise includes CrossFit-style workouts, heavy lifting, and sports performance training, with a strong emphasis on corrective exercise and fitness nutrition. As a certified fitness nutrition specialist, I’m passionate about the transformative power of exercise and healthy eating. I firmly believe in the physical, mental, and emotional benefits they bring and am dedicated to sharing this knowledge with as many people as possible.
As a working mom of two young kids, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy schedule while prioritizing self-care. I strive to empower others by offering practical strategies and resources to help them make time for their health, no matter how hectic life gets.
My goal is to inspire and guide you on your fitness journey, helping you achieve your goals and live your healthiest, happiest life.

Online Training Programs
Tier 1:
Personal Training Program
Duration: 6 weeks
Customized workout plans tailored to your health and wellness goals.
Programs designed for use at home or in the gym, based on available equipment.
Focus on building strength, improving endurance, and enhancing overall fitness.
Weekly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
Any in person training Sessions will be an additional $50.00 for the hour. (In person training packages listed below)
Tier 2:
Nutrition Accountability
Tier 3:
Complete Nutrition & Training Program
Duration: 6 weeks
A comprehensive plan that combines personalized workout programs with nutrition guidance.
Includes everything from Tiers 1 and 2: Customized workouts tailored to your goals and environment. Nutrition accountability, macronutrient guidance, and recipe ideas.
Holistic support to help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals simultaneously.
Any in person training Sessions will be an additional $50.00 for the hour. (In person training listed below)
